With over 20 years of experience in education and school leadership across the UK and, more recently, the UAE, Andrew Durcan brings a deep commitment to student achievement, staff development, and school improvement. He last served as Deputy Headteacher at an Outstanding school in Dubai, where he led whole-school initiatives in teaching and learning, assessment, literacy, and academic strategy. Passionate about creating schools where every young person feels valued, challenged, and supported to thrive, Andrew is excited to bring this dedication to Aspen Heights British School.
