Aspen Heights: Back to School

We are proud to announce the success of our KS3 Non-Native Arabic team in the BSME (British Schools in Middle East) Online Arabic Challenge, which took place recently.

The competition was a fun celebration of the Arabic language, with the challenge being exclusive to BSME Schools and conducted through their Education Perfect online platform. Our students competed in the category aimed for non-native students in which they were assessed on their Arabic language and comprehension skills. It was a 3-day virtual event, where the students had to log in and complete activities for Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing, and Vocabulary Quizzes, all in the Arabic language.

We are proud to share that our school and students placed 1st across the UAE and 5th across the Middle East which is outstanding! Our top scoring students were also awarded Amazon vouchers to recognize their efforts and hard work.

The Arabic language is an integral part of our education here at Aspen Heights, and we encourage both native and non-native students to learn Arabic so they can better appreciate the culture and traditions of the country we all call home.
