Admissions Process
Aspen Heights British School is an ambitious, international school which welcomes students of all abilities and backgrounds, providing a supportive and international environment for your child to grow in.
We hold daily face to face observations in school for new admissions.
Children will be placed as per their age on 31st August for Nursery (FS1) to Year 2, and according to their next progressive year group for Year 3 upwards. Please see the below table for Grade to Year Group comparison.

Observation
We are currently holding daily observations for admissions.
STEP 3
Securing Your Child’s Place
Once you receive a formal offer you will have 7 days to accept and pay the 5% registration fee invoice, or the full term fee, dependent on the time of year the offer is made. The registration fee is deductible from the first term’s school fees.
After you have paid the registration fees, you will receive a list of essential documents from Registration that are required to be submitted within 7 days. We require these documents to register your child with the Abu Dhabi Education and Knowledge Council (ADEK).
Your child’s place will be confirmed on receipt of payment and the submission of all requested documents.
Moving to Abu Dhabi?
We can help you make a great decision about the best schooling for your child. School places are filled very quickly, especially for ages 3 –10, and you can reserve your place before you even move. You will need to provide us with a copy of your child’s passport and proof of their year or grade in their current school. Out of country applications should be supported by the child’s most recent school or nursery report.
